Finkernagel Ross has developed a long-standing relationship with Vapiano, supporting the evolution of the brand across multiple sites in Germany and the UK.
Working closely with the client, the studio has contributed to the refinement of Vapiano’s spatial identity, translating its core principles of freshness, transparency, and convivial dining into carefully considered architectural and interior solutions.
Our role has extended beyond individual fit-outs, encompassing the development of adaptable design frameworks that respond to different locations while maintaining a consistent brand language.
Through thoughtful planning, material clarity, and attention to the customer journey, each restaurant is shaped to enhance both operational efficiency and guest experience.
