Sheldon Avenue

Located in the Highgate conservation area of London, this 10,000 sq. ft. property has been rebuilt in order to fulfil the complex day-to-day living requirements of the client & their family.

Internally, light and space are maximised through the use of double volumes; the centrepiece, a stunning steel helical stair, weaving itself through the entrance hall like a delicate ribbon which is being dropped from the sky. Colour, texture and refurbished vintage pieces provide a depth and warmth to the living spaces counterbalancing the monastic feel of the courtyards and entry.

In addition to a full interior design service Finkernagel Ross provided full architectural design, art consultancy, garden design and lighting design.
